Beth Stuart received her Certified General Accountant designation in 1992 and had been practicing in Delta as a partner in the firm of Cran and Stuart for over 18 years. She is an active member of the Certified General Accountants Association of B.C. and continually improves and upgrades her skills by participating in courses offered by this organization and other similar programs.
Beth’s practice has grown substantially and she is excited by the further growth and expansion possibilities operating as Beth Stuart & Associates.
Beth is a long time resident of Delta and graduated from South Delta Secondary School. She is a member of the Ladner Business Association, the Delta Chamber of Commerce and the Delta Rod and Gun Club. She is active in local non-profit organizations, currently as a director of KinVillage. In the past, she has been on the Board of Directors of the Delta Association for the Mentally Handicapped, The Canadian Society for Metabolic Diseases and has served as treasurer for a local Scout Group.
For weekend relaxation Beth enjoys camping and skidooing with family and friends.
Alice joined Beth Stuart in January of 2011. She grew up in a large city in central China and worked for a number of years in China as a business analyst before coming to Vancouver as an immigrant in 1995. After graduating from BCIT with a Diploma of Financial Management in 1998, Alice enrolled in the CGA program and obtained her CGA designation in 2001. She has extensive experience working with wide-ranging types of clients in different industries and business environments including owner-managed businesses, professional entities and non-profit organizations, providing accounting, tax planning and general financial advisory services.
Outside of work Alice enjoys reading, yoga and hiking.
Kim has been working with Beth Stuart since February of 2010. Kim has a diploma in Accounting from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and has been working in the accounting profession for ten years. Before having her last two children, Kim was enrolled in the CGA program and is planning to return to her studies in the fall of 2011.
Kim lives in Ladner with her husband and three children. In her spare time, She enjoys helping out at her children's school and managing her son's soccer team . Weekends are usually filled with running the kids from one sport to the other or just spending time with her family. Kim loves living and working in Ladner, BC.
Nicole has been working with Beth Stuart for over seven years. Her background is in bookkeeping. Nicole is experienced in Simply Accounting and also has familiarity working with Quickbooks. She assists with year-end compilation engagements and personal tax returns.
Nicole was born in Vancouver, grew up in the Lower Mainland and has been a resident of Delta for the past eighteen years. She enjoys dancing, making jewelry and strolling around her community with her two dogs.
Sara has been working with Beth Stuart since July of 2009 as a Receptionist and Bookkeeper. She graduated from Delta Secondary School and then attended Kwantlen Polytechnic University and earned her Level 1 and Level 2 Accounting credentials.
Sara is resident of Ladner, BC and she spends much of her spare time reading, walking her dog and shopping.
